my husband has had a “rash” on his feet for a few years now. it comes and goes throughout the year and discharges a yellow pus like substance. it’s extremely itchy.

Tinea Pedis: This needs assessment. Ideally by a dermatologist. The most common cause of rash limited to feet is athletes foot - may be complicated by a superimposed bacterial infection which could account for the yellow discharge you are describing. Take care
