cleaned nose with saltwater-surfactant mix. after blowing my nose, water entered my ear from the inside (throat). now ear is sore & i cannot get the water out. this happened about four days ago. should i see a gp or ear specialist?

Reflux: You are experiencing reflux of your saline solution into your middle ear. This can occur if you use too much pressure whilst cleaning out your sinuses. This should resolve on its own over a few days. However, you may develop a secondary infection. Watch your symptoms over the next few days, if it gets worse or doesn't resolve; you should consult with your general doctor.
