Reflux: Depending on the duration and onset ( abrupt/insidious) of the symptoms severe reflux would cause such issues or an infection such as strep throat among many other possibilities. Always good to known that your symptoms are not due to coronavirus, follow up will be needed in order to substantiate a diagnosis.
