hello, how save is it for a pregnant woman to eat hake/snoek or massbanker(horse mackerel) fish?

Dr. Nellmarie Bodenstein

Fish: White fleshed fish is completely safe in pregnancy as long as it not raw. Mussels and crayfish should be avoided. No sushi because this is raw fish. Only one tin tuna per week. Eat fish from green list.
