A 35-year-old male asked:
Disclaimer

for the past week (perhaps 2) i have been experiencing symptoms or a runny nose and to some extend a post nasal drip (no sore throat), though what worries me is an unusual sensation in my chest - i would call it a sense of heaviness though no cough?
