Cramps in Pregnancy: All cramps in pregnancy should be consulted especially sharp ones. Early in your first pregnancy you might feel as the uterus rises out of the pelvis and the ligaments stretch for the first time. Most women start feeling the fetus move at around 16 - 20 weeks. Consider that it might be your bowel that you are feeling and pregnancy will make you prone to bladder infections.
