i have broken blood vessels around my eyes and mild brusing. my wbc 3.2 slightly low. alt 129 slightly high. i know something is wrong. is it bone morrow problem or liver problem please help or both? others test?

I have brusing around both eyes for no reason and a lot of fatigue. My WBC is 3 slightly on the low side and my ALT is 121 slightly elevated. Exercising seems to be the only thing that helps me feel better. What other tests should I take or do?

25 year old male, blood work normal besides, ALT at 121, and WBC at 3. Body almost feels toxic, better when not eating. Red veins on the sides of my rib cage, discoloration almost like bruising around eyes, rash on both feet. Liver or Blood problem?

ALT elevated for a year are around 120, most recent it jumped to 200. All other blood work good, CBC, PT, and Hep. Notice in last few months alot of red veins on ribs, chest, and around eyes. Should I get a liver biopsy or run any hormone tests?

Male 25, developing gynocomastia on both pecs, also discoloration around both eyes like bruising. Blood work normal besides WBC slightly low 3.0 and ALT slight elevated 67. Going to see a endocrinologist next week. could it be tumor or neuroblastoma?
