My 2 month old premature baby has a small fine rash that sometimes turns red when touched, it gets white then scaly, it started on the head and has migrated to the face, mostly around the eyes,mouth and ears and slowly moving down the body ?

Rash: rashes are difficult to assess without seeing what the rash looks and feels like - could be a reaction to skin products used or atopic eczema
it is better to have your paediatrician check it out and prescribe the appropriate treatment
in the mean time if the baby does not have a fever it is unlikely due to an infection - change bath products to hypo allergenic frangrance free products
