My baby is 5 months old, hes got a red rash on his right cheek, its about a coin size, hes got a lot of saliva around his mouth, is it eczema or rash caused by saliva, he doesnt scratch that area, should be no pain no itchy. what should i do?

Baby rash face: Saliva can cause a local irritation. Right now, just ensure good hygiene, gently wipe ban’s mouth and face after feeding or saliva dripping. If rash doesn’t gradually fade or if other rash appears, you should try to consult baby’s doctor but this is not urgent.
