after an ear infection and burst ear drum 4 weeks ago i have constant head aches. i also have noises from my ear like severe tinitis. it feels like throbbing and i hear what i imagine is blood flow all the time. there is no more pain?

May need recheck: When an eardrum bursts there is usually marked relief of pain, & sometimes a discharge of liquid is noted. Most of the time the eardrum heals within a few weeks. The auditory nerve (that has to do with hearing) could possibly be damaged when there’s a hole in the protective eardrum, & that might cause some of your symptoms. I recommend calling your doctor who may want to re-examine the eardrum
