Not needed: Infants at this age rely on formula or breast milk as their primary source of nutrition. Discuss Vitamin D and Fluoride drops with your pediatrician. Solids are introduced between the ages of 4 to 6 months. This will provide added iron and vitamins to your baby's diet.
