is it safe to drink 2 beers while on amoxicillin 875 mg and clavulanate?

Not really: Drinking a beer or two is not good for one's health, no matter if male or female, no matter how much one weighs, and no matter how tall she or he is. Alcohol is toxic to living tissue (which is why we can preserve specimens in alcohol in biology lab), so alcohol drinking is not good for humans, and also has some empty calories. That said, many people in all countries do enjoy one drink a day.
