im 14 wks pregnant, but found out at 7 wks. i was smoking marijuana up until then (daily basis)i tested positive for thc on the drug test at 12 wks. can i cleanse w/out harming the baby? my apt is in 2 weeks. i am afraid it will still be positive

It may be: Just stop now & don't use for the rest of the pregnancy. Both you & baby should be clear at birth. No "cleanse" makes any difference as the drug attaches to fat cells & slowly leaves over time if you stop.
