No rulle per se: There is no set "rule" on how many anxiety disorders you can have. However, the key is ruling out other anxiety disorders since they usually co-occur. Either way, one disorder typically causes more distress and impairment than the others. Fortunately, anxiety disorders involve similar treatment components. The key is to prioritize each disorder while ruling out the true presence of others.

Depends..: On how you approach it. Using symptoms, there are several categories of anxiety disorders. But, what causes anxiety? From this viewpoint, i would say the major types are those caused by stress/trauma, toxins, nutritional disruptions, allergies, and neurotransmitter imbalances. Therapy should be based on resolving the causes.
