what is the best course of action if this is the correct diagnosis? physiotherapy or surgery? and who should i see to properly diagnose this? and how do i make sure i don’t wipe out my medical savings just trying to diagnose what is wrong?

Dr. Bernard Seif

Physio vs Surgery: Please start w/the least invasive treatment, which is physiotherapy (aka PT). If not effective you can do surgery. Check w/your insurance company if you have it to see what/how much they cover. Ask for payment plans so you can pay a little at a time. Peace and good health. (Search John Sarno, MD, for a mind-body approach as long as you continue to be followed by your doctor.)
