i am experiencing difficulty stopping urine stream, cloudy urine, sudden urge to urinate, frequent urination, leaking urine, leg tingling, and back pain. i am not experiencing bowel incontinence, urinary retention, or slow or weak urine stream.

Infection or overact: Are you male or female?. This could be a urinary tract infection or you could be suffering from an overactive bladder. Easiest is to rule out infection by doing dipstix and or urine microscopy and culture.
