my gp gave me an allergy injection today that is meant to last about 6 months. she said it contains cortisone and i'm not sure what else? i'd like to know what the other component is, and how soon it starts working? severe allergies,sinus,headaches

Depot cortizone: he most likely gave you celestone soluspan, a long acting steroid. As far as i know no other component. if diagnosis is correct should feel better in 24 hrs.
