Pelvic US report: Uterus have certain positions - antiverted, mid position, retroverted. It can face forward, mid position and face backward. These are all normal variation. Heterogenous myometrium - means the uterus muscle is even throughout. Endometrial thickness normal - inner lining of the uterus where the menstrual flow is shed each month is not thicken - good. Endometrial cavity collapse- not a problem.
