Urticaria: hi there it sounds like urticaria which is caused by heat and sweating and the rash is a histamine release.
It could be also co existing with eczema but this may have occurred in childhood. So the treatment is to take antihistamines and wear cool cotton clothing . You can apply an emollient cream from the chemist . you can take fexo 120 mg once or twice daily
