See urologist: Sounds more like an infection than plain irritation. You require an exam by a urologist to insure this is not a sexually transmitted disease. Refrain from sexual relations until you get an actual diagnosis and treatment. If it is a STD, then your sexual partner(s) May also be infected and will require treatment as well to avoid passing it back and forth.
