Maybe/not: Blisters on the feet can arise from several issues. HFM syndrome is a pattern triggered by strains of gut virus that can trigger loose stools, blisters inside or around the mouth, on the upside of the hands & feet typically. It is common in kids under 5 or so & seldom leads to significant problems. Without examining the kid it is hard to say what it is.
