i am urinating a lot, feeling tired and weak and dizzy. sometimes i have really bad headache , shortness of breath and bad breath. i got tested for diabetes 2 days ago and i don't have it . and the doctor cant figure out what's wrong with me .

Weak: Excessive urination needs more clarification. Is there a lot of volume of urine in a day, more than 3 liters? If so diabetes insipidus can explain this. There is a large list of other possibilities requiring more information to understand your symptoms. It is possible that you don't have only one condition.
