Could be trouble: A middle-aged woman who has new left arm numbness with "blurred vision and speech" may want to get evaluated in the ER. If there is a bad headache, the symptoms could all be related, as in a bad migraine that has vision, speech, and arm symptoms related to it. However, unless this is a known repeating pattern of symptoms, the person may also be having a stroke... so it's call 911 and go to the ER.
