has anemia fatigue, no appetite for about 6 weeks. fibroma removed from mouth 5 wks ago, roots into throat show abnormal cells. tries to eat she feels nauseous and full with 1 bite. endoscopy in a month, what could cells be? and how to help appetite?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described is too complex to address in this forum. It would help to see an ENT doctor.
