Malaria: Doxycycline 100mg 1 daily starting 24 hours before entry would be a good choice ,unless it is contra-indicated for you.There is a lot of chloroquine resistance in the area you visiting.It also protects from many(not all) water borne illnesses.You will still need to see a doctor for a script .Discuss all options with your doctor. Enjoy your holiday

Mozambique: Per https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/mozambique, the recommended types of malaria chemoprophylaxis can include. Atovaquone-proguanil, doxycycline, mefloquine, or tafenoquine. Doxycline is easy to get.
