Neuropathy: Your EMG is documenting neuropathic injury at the area of your fibula on both of your lower legs. In your case it would seem that your nerves are getting irritated at that spot. This could be from pressure on that area, but there could be medical reason. If you are having symptoms of breathing disturbances concern for Guillen-Barre syndrome.
