?: Can't think of a contagious disease that can give you directly such symptoms, some viruses attacking the CMS causing encephalitis or meningitis, may at times, cause this, but other symptoms as fever would be more pronounced. Not a common occurrence, work with your psychiatrist for assessment and treatment plan, good luck
