after my ear cleaning for impacted wax which came out to a ball of wax in each ear, my right ear has a bloop sound that feels fullness when i scream or yell. sometimes when i talk normally i feel it in my right ear. hearing test prove ears are fine?

Wax removal: If the wax was removed by irrigation some water may have penetrated the ear drum. If curetting or aspiration were used, the ear drum may have been traumatized. An Otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.
