my daughter is 13 she has been diagnosed with enthetetic juvenile arthritis with fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis. she is suspected of having cyclical cushings. she is not responding to meds (lyrica and yelate)deteriorated that she can't walk?

Reduce inflammation: Because it is safe and has some potent anti-inflammatory properties try having a qualified practitioner injecting 2% lidocaine into the plantar fascia at the isertions. Perhaps even at other sites? The cyclical cushings is likely simply her system responding to the pain and stress of her ailments. Perhaps very low dose corticosteroids before methotrexate or other stronger meds?
