Severe Anxiety: I understand your distress. Wise Woman in you recognizes “severe anxiety” and need for medication. Most medications for treatment of Anxiety are Scheduled Medications for which Pharmacy has records and Drug Enforcement Administration can access them. Ordering of Scheduled medication with this app is not possible. Let Wise woman in you guide you to see a Psychiatrist for severe anxiety symptoms.

No: The Texas Medical Board requires a physician to have an established relationship, a retrievable patient record, recent history & physical with vital signs to prescribe any medication, especially controlled substances. Failure to comply can result in loss or restriction of their license. This app does not offer treatments.Find a doc & establish a treatment plan after a proper evaluation.

Try natural Rx: The primary anti-anxiety medications are controlled substances & so you would have to be seen by & followed by a licensed physician who has a DEA # to be treated with these meds. In the meantime it may help to try natural manners to deal with your anxiety. A healthy lifestyle with good nutrition may help. Adequate daily rest and sleep are essential.

There are potential tolerance and addiction problems along with many possible serious side effects possible with the anti-anxiety drugs. I wish you well with your health!

Eat a lot of fish & chicken with veggies and fruit & avoid processed food & alcohol. Also avoid illicit drugs. About 30 minutes daily of aerobic exercise should be helpful. Daily meditation may also help. A daily high quality multiple vitamin & mineral supplement is also recommended. Professional massage may also help. I always prefer natural remedies for anxiety & depression whenever possible.
