DIASTASIS: With Diastasis a bulge may become noticeable in the midline of the belly, especially when the patient raises his/her head while lying flat. The tough collagen sheath the covers the underlying muscle remains intact. But in Hernia this layer has a weak point/hole then it is called hernia. Let your doctor examine you to make diagnosis.
