I'm 38,healthy 38 yo woman.about 4 months ago notice my left index finget joint randomly twitches. i work on computer all day.no weakness,etc.if carpal tunnel,can hand twitch randomly during day,even when not on computer or wld it only while on comp?

Twitching: In my opinion, this is not a classic symptom of carpal tunnel syndrome but rather an irritable superficial nerve or muscle tied into an overuse syndrome related to your computer work. This twitching often occurs when the finger is at rest. Hopefully you can reduce the use of this finger somehow. Pins and needles of the hand and fingers is typical of carpal tunnel syndrome.
