is it bad that my lower and mid back cracks if i twist my torso slightly? like i do a mini back twist stretch on my bed then my back cracks very loudly

Back cracking: Spine cracking occurs when spinal joints(facets) twist out of position. This crepitus is not harmful unless pain occurs and lingers. Be careful and only twist slightly. Nature didn't intend for us to twist our spine vigorously.

Ignore it: These noises are not anything wrong or bad. Ignore them. It does not mean that any bones are "out of place". Most common cause is cavitation, a nitrogen gas bubble in a joint.
