Check with a doc : I wonder if you had a problem before, and now that are standing and putting more stress on that part, you are noticing the symptoms you described. Some people have slight deformities, or elasticity problems with their joints, especially with family histories of the same thing. Have a doctor take a look and see whether physical therapy can help. You may need xrays or mri to confirm the diagnosis
