i have 16 years im fit.i started having symptoms of heart failur. heart palpations and shortness of breath at night when i lay down,numbness in arms (when holdin phone) chest pain for a secound.ecg,blood test good.doc.says its ok. should i stop worry?

No-get treatment: You seem to be phobic about health issues, which can be a rationalized cover up to something else that bothers you. Find a life coach/therapist who can help you uncover any triggering factor & train you in how to overcome such issues. Life sometimes sends all of us stuff we are not trained to understand/deal with. Do the work & this can get better.
