i am in pain under my back right shoulder blade. is this related to perhaps lack of water. i had bypass surgery almost 2 months ago. not sure if its related but it was terrible the other day when i ate something that didnt agree with my tummy ?

Unrelated : To your bypass surgery or dehydration, most probably a muscle pull or pinched nerve in that area. Rest, warm compresses, NSAIDS, unless contraindicated , would be helpful, if no improvement or symptoms are severe see your doctor, good luck
