i have a month old new born baby boy. he is congested. have attempted to use the salex saline nasal spray but the spray function isnt optimal on that product. is there any other medication or nasal spray that we can give him to curb the congestion?

Not really: Nasal congestion at that age is a combination reaction to airborne irritants & the mucus the body makes to float them out. This blocks the tiny nasal passages. Nothing other than flooding the area to remove the debris will help. It can require squirting the saline in as a stream & sucking it out the other side at the same time. Saline in 8 oz bottles are available in some regions.
