Coincidental: You may have 2 or more coincidental problems, or 1 problem with referred pain. Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction is a likely candidate. But you may also have a Migraine headache problem coincidentally. Get advice from your Orofacial Pain practitioner. Second opinion, however, may be appropriate, especially as Trigeminal Nerve is widely distributed.

Doesn't sound likely: TN, Trigeminal Neuralgia, CAN cause pain in the areas you describe, however it is usually much more painful than what you describe. It is more common after the age of 50, but it can occur at any age. The pain is usually not dull, but excruciating. Sometimes people describe a burning sensation, but it is not constant - more like sudden intense burning pain, lasting only a few seconds to minutes.
