my daughter has this rash, i thought it was from fake earrings but now im not sure. wondering what i can put on it?

Contact dermatitis: It sounds like your daughter has a rash on her ear near fake earrings. This is suggestive of a common allergic reaction termed "contact dermatitis". Simply removing the earrings should suffice and placing some over the counter hydrocortisone ointment on the rash may help. An infection such as as cellulitis is possible but less likely. If the rash persists haver her see a doctor in person.
