my three year old has been having temps of 40 chills body aches - couldnt walk even on monday , sore back fatigued and weak not eating running nose, post nasal cough the runs we have come off zinnat already any help?

Needs to be seen: A fever at that level for this length of time plus not walking is enough to know the kid needs to be examined soon. The sooner the better.
