noticed last night my urine looked like it had spots of oil in it? and a little today too. i have been eating a lot of salmon lately (almost every day this week) could this be why? have no other symptoms.

Unlikely: It's unlikely to be dietary though you can test by stopping the salmon for a week and consult your GP if it's ongoing as it can be a sign of something more serious like an infection
