Cheken chicken skin: Uncertain the term cheken skin. Are you asking about dry skin like Eczema The therapy is moisturizers. We need more data on this term.

Depends: There are inherited skin disorders like ichthyosis or acquired disorders like eczema among others that might be called chicken skin. Without a valid understanding of what you are calling chicken skin no specific treatment can be proposed. A general rule is if it is dry, moisturize it.If it is wet, dry it out. If you can find a valid diagnosis for your condition you are welcome to ask again.

Sun?: If it were possible, just be a teenager again, but wear gloves, and other sun protection to shield your skin from the slow degradation of sunlight, which also can produce a “chicken skin” appearance,,,,AND,,,as a side benefit, you may be protecting yourself from getting a skin cancer!
