Wheezing : Chest wheezing with a cough and nasal congestion can occur from a reaction to a virus. It's hard to say if this is concerning without a chest examinaion. If you cannot finish a sentence, have problems speaking or shortness of breath its time to see a doctor.

Viral wheeze: You may have viral induced wheezing. Other conditions include asthma, aspiration and pneumonia. Please see your PCP. Inhalers may be indicated for your treatment.
