Am suffering from excessive pain on my right leg which emanates from my right buttock, when sitting, and can barely sleep on my right side. this has been going on for years now after having a left knee surgery. how can i help myself?

Probably you cant: You will need to see your GP for investigation into your right leg symptoms.Most likely sciatica.Your left knee surgery probably has nothing to do with it.Suggest you get diagnosed.Self treatment not likely to be beneficial (years of pain)in the long run.You probably have a disc or osteophyte nerve impingement problem.
