Maybe never: Your question implies that things could do better in your case, and in absence of details, will answer generically. Rebif is an interferon, and is a member of a group of older meds that have been substantially made inferior by the newer agents coming onto the market, as drugs such as tysabri, (natalizumab) gilenya, tecfidera, are far more effective regarding relapses, disability, eventual outcomes.
