Hair loss and diet: Diet can affect hair, but so can exercise, environment and a person's general health and genetics. Try to eat a healthy diet, with lots of vegetables, and healthy types of protein. Also stay active, exercise regularly and make sure you are getting enough sleep. If the hair loss persists, see your doctor. Feel better soon!
