i have started weight lifting at the gym and my muscle repair is taking long. i am currently using whey protein with bccas. should i take glutamine? can i also use aminos in conjunction with glutamine to perform at my best ?

Muscle "repair" or : pain will not respond to amino acids. Not clear what you mean by repair? If referring to muscle pain/aching. myoglobin will be released from injured muscle tissue. Your best bet is to lay off weights and switch to low and high impact aerobics. Have a physician check your urine for signs of myoglobinuria and excessive proteinuria. Definitely back off the amino acids for 7-10 days: should be fine.
