i was diagnosed for migraine over 15 years ago. they have become less severe but stil regular. especially when i skip meals, stress etc, i want to know which medicine manages them better. or ways to make sure they dont cause me any more problems?

Not that simple: Medication for any disease is not that simple, It is like choosing cloth, (beach, sport event in cold climate, job interview), each has its appropriate cloth, and same for medications. there are many medications for migraine both as preventive and abortive (acute attack). Neurologist choose them based on each patient (other medical condition, medications). You need to see a neurologist
