Hard to say: This HT site features physicians based primarily in the USA who answer questions about health problems. We have no direct knowledge about how healthcare systems operate in your country. If they are similar to those in the US this issue can be handled in doctors offices, urgent care centers or emergency rooms. You should call around to a local facility & see if they can take care of this.
