Will dial antibacterial soap heal and dry up mosquito and chigger bites faster then non antibacterial soap ?

Unlikely to matter: These bites will heal from the inside out with the aid of local immune & tissue repair factors. Keeping the area clean helps reduce external interference with healing. Antibacterial soaps can reduce the local germ population transiently but would likely have minimal effect on overall healing.
